Construction fasteners with a competitive edge

Our high tensile sets of bolts, nuts and washers for high-strength friction grip fastening (so called HV connections) are used in many kinds of steel constructions, especially with a hot-dip galvanized surface. Due to the set ratio between tightening torque and preload These bolts ensure a high level of application safety. Functional features of the set components are controlled in extensive tests, which are part of our constant production monitoring. The currently biggest torque testing facility as per DIN 946 (tightening torque of 40.000 Nm max., preload of 4.000 kN max., up to M72) is available for one of these tests, thus guaranteeing maximum product safety.
